1 What is the difference between a classified text, classified display and display ad?

Classified Text ads are typically published for changes of name, lost and found items and personal announcements. Classified Display ads are published for obituaries, remembrances, businesses and public notices. Display ads are usually published by larger businesses to promote products, services and make announcements. On the home page, you will see samples of the different types of ads.

2 How do I book multiple newspaper ads?

Once you have created your first ad and you proceed to the Booking Summary screen, you will be presented with an option to Place Another Ad or checkout as can be seen in the screenshot below.

Select Place Another Ad to create your second ad. You can do this for as many ads as you require. Once you have finished creating all the ads, your Booking Summary screen will look like this.

3 Do you offer any bulk/volume discounts for multiple ads in multiple newspapers?

We continuously work with our newspaper partners to offer exclusive and volume discounts via NewspaperAds. Please contact us directly via WhatsApp or Email for information regarding the latest offers and volume discounts available. Our media experts will customize a plan based on your budget and requirement.

4 Why is my local newspaper not displaying?

Newspapers periodically change the frequency, rates and locations of publishing certain editions. We will be happy to help you identify if there is a change that prevents your local newspaper from displaying. Please write to us via WhatsApp or Email with the information about the local newspaper where you want to publish your ad as well as the city/edition of the newspaper your contact information. We will coordinate with the newspaper to determine the current status and eligibility to publish an ad.

5 When will my ad be published in the newspaper?

Your ad will be published on the date chosen when you submitted the request via the portal. Please note that our team needs 48 hours notice to publish an ad. For example, if you want an ad published on Wednesday, we will need to receive the order by Monday at the latest. If you require an ad to be published urgently, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or Email and we can try to accommodate your request.

You will receive an automated confirmation via email notifying you of the details. Once the ad is published you will also receive a proof of the e-paper indicating the ad is published.

6 Do you offer credit or EMI options?

Unfortunately our newspaper partners require us to pay in advance for an ad before it is published. This means we are unable to offer credit or EMI options.

If you are looking for large display ads that allow us flexibility we may be able to negotiate with the newspaper on your behalf. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp or Email if you believe this is necessary.

7 Is my personal data secure?

Yes. Data is hosted in Amazon Web Services' encrypted environment while user accounts and registrations are filtered with two-step verification. We use PayU Payments as our digital payment provider and follow all security protocols as per their documentation. Additional audits are conducted periodically to ensure security of user, personal and payment data.

8 Do you offer a custom design service for newspaper ads?

For an additional charge, we have a full-service creative team available to produce newspaper ad designs. Please email with details such as the purpose of advertisement, content of the ad, and contact information along with any other relevant information and we will get back to you in 24 hours.

9 My newspaper ad order was cancelled. Why?

It could be that your ad did not meet the newspaper's deadline, content standards or that we were unable to verify your account. Please visit our payment and refund policy to see if you are eligible to request a refund. You can also reach out to us via email for further assistance.

10 I have another question. How do I contact you?

We'll be happy to answer your questions and help you with your advertising requirements. You can WhatsApp or Email us. Our working hours are 9am - 9pm Monday thru Friday except government and public holidays.

11 How do I pay for display ads?

We can send you a link to make a payment online or send you our bank details to make the payment.

12 Can I add a logo to a classified display ad?

Some newspapers allow for logos to be added to classified display ads. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp or Email to find out whether the newspapers that you want to publish your ads allow this.

13 Do you have an office in my location where I can physically submit the ad?

While we have offices in over 10 cities across India, we typically prefer to receive submissions of ads and payments online via our portal. If you would like help with this please reach out to us via WhatsApp or Email.

14 Do you publish news articles?

No. We do not publish news articles. We can assist you with paid feature articles by reaching out to our newspaper partners.
